

We are returning again to this great event being held in Preston at All Hallows Catholic School PR1 0LN

We will have some great Instructors as usual with a wealth of information and skills to assist you with your throwing ( check them out below ) , so come and say hi. If you have your own throwing equipment you are welcome to bring it along but it must be checked by an Instructor before you can use it on the range. Also please keep them in a secure case during transit.
We will be running 2 sessions a day. WEATHER PERMITTING.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU ARRIVE EARLY FOR EACH SESSION AS WE FILL UP QUICKLY AND SPACES ARE LIMITED FOR SAFETY.

The instructors

Alan is Range master at Essex Backyard Throwers and has attended the BJC for many years. He is 3 x times UK and 2 x World Champion. He has just been chosen to represent the UK at the World Championships in Las Vegas in September.Check out his website link below. www.akpbladethrower.co.uk

Roger is the oldest competition thrower in the UK and has achieved some great results over the years. He has attended many BJC and was a full time magician and circus performer. He was also instrumental in the running of Rhythm and Balls juggling club over the years. www.rhythmandballs.co.uk

Mark is a full time Instructor and runs his own company called Frontier Activities from Milton Keynes. Considered to be the best knife and axe instructor by many people. He is also a regular on the Fire Juggling and Whip Cracking scene and has run workshops at BJC in the past.

Kali has been UK champion for the last 3 years and is skilled in all aspects of throwing. Also loves fire juggling which is not surprising as she works in special effects for the film industry.

Abi is the 2nd best female thrower in the UK and is a full time instructor versed in all aspects of throwing and shooting, whether it be guns or crossbows

Damien is a full time instructor and loves nothing more than throwing long distance axes. He is skilled in all aspects of target sports including guns, cross bows, compound bows and air rifles.
